Exercise at the comfort of your home or at your workplace with a mat and props. Experience the Pilates Reformer and other apparatus at a studio.

Choose which type of training

Exercise during a private, duo or a small group class. Choose the option of online workouts.

I offer a 60-minute customized training for adults of all ages. Sessions take place in your home, your workplace or at the studio, where you’ll work with the Pilates Reformer and other types of apparatus.
